Miguel Cabrera and Austin Jackson each had an RBI and Ian Kinsler hit a two run shot in the eighth inning. Both benches cleared after Torii Hunter was hit by a pitch following Kinsler's home run, leading to the ejection of Baltimore starting pitcher Bud Norris. Tigers starter Rick Porcello gave up one run on five hits while striking out two in six innings for his sixth win of the season. Tonight, Drew Smyly takes the hill for Detroit while Baltimore counters with Ubaldo Jimenez. Game time is 7:05pm.

Michigan's top returning player will spend the bulk of his summer rehabbing a foot injury. U-M coach John Beilein announced yesterday that junior guard Caris LeVert had surgery to repair a stress fracture in his foot. LeVert is expected to make a full recovery in 8 to 10 weeks time.
