A judge has dismissed the charges against a protestor who spend 10 hours inside an oil pipeline under construction near Marshall.

WOOD TV reports the 35-year-old man was charged with trespassing and obstructing police for getting into that pipe late last June.  He was protesting against Enbridge.

A Calhoun County assistant prosecutor reportedly plans now to file at least one count of resisting police.
