KentCounty officials said Monday they charged a 19-year-old suspect in a PlainfieldTownship stabbing with attempted murder and assault.
Kent County Sheriffs responded early Friday morning to a report of several stabbings at 4747 West River Lot 50 in PlainfieldTownship.
Deputies said one female victim was injured seriously and two other unidentified males suffered minor wounds from the stabbing.
County officials said 19-year-old Shayne Brandell Windisch was charged with one count of attempted murder and two counts of felonious assault.
Authorities say the situation is still under investigation, though they believe the stabbing came as a result of an argument with two of the male victims.
Windisch was arraigned Monday in 63rd District Court. A bond of $250,000 was placed on the three charges.
