Michigan State Police say the only one responsible for the wrong-way fatal wreck on US-131 earlier this week was the guy driving the pickup truck north, in the southbound lanes.

21-year old Jaryd Ford of Plainwell was killed in the on-coming car and WOOD TV had reported that his family has lawyer with state Troopers in his litigation sights. Lieutenant Tom Draves tells WOOD TV "it is a complete and total tragedy".

Because of the possibility of being sued, the MSP will not let him say much of anything else.

The MSP, however, did post a video to YouTube showing the view from the dashcam of the Trooper who passed Ford's car on the entrance ramp seconds before having to dodge the deadly pickup truck.
