Two of the "persons of interest" in the Medawar jewelry robbery in Grand Rapids are no longer of any interest to the FBI.

The two had turned themselves in after the FBI put their pictures out a week ago, but after talking to the them, the feds say they are not involved in either the Medawar robbery, or one in the Detroit area that same day.

You may recall that one of the robbers was shot during the Grand Rapids robbery, but the feds have not found that person showing up at a hospital anywhere, either.

WOOD TV says there's a 25-thousand dollar reward in this case, though. Anyone with information is asked to contact Silent Observer at 866-774-2345.
