The one year anniversary of Jessica Heeringa's disappearance was last weekend, the lakeshore hasn't forgotten.

Norton Shores Police announced today a Muskegon area car dealer has added to the "Jessica Heeringa Reward Fund" held by Silent Observer. That $4,000 gift means more than $25,000 is available to produce the tip that identifies the woman's abductor or abductors. The gift was made by Great Lakes Ford in Muskegon.

NSPD Chief Daniel Shaw said in a departmental release that "someone knows where Jessica is and can identify her abductor. This reward will help that person come forward."

Tips can be offered online, to Silent Observer at (231) 72-CRIME or through the Norton Shores Police, (231) 733-2691.
