Sentencing has been delayed for a western Michigan woman who pleaded no contest for trying to hire a hit man to kill her sister's husband.

Vickie Brill's scheduled sentencing on Tuesday was delayed after a dispute arose between prosecutors and defense attorneys over sentencing guidelines. Brill's sister Diane Hart also pleaded no contest to solicitation to murder and was sentenced last month to between six and 30 years in prison. The pleas aren't an admission of guilt but are treated as such for sentencing.

No new date has been set for Brill's sentencing. Authorities say the Ravenna-area sisters sought to have Hart's husband killed and met in a parking lot with an undercover state trooper. The meeting was videotaped.
