It Is Moving Day At LPGA Meijer Classic

Posted August 9th, 2014 @ 6:35am by WOOD Radio news team

The third-ranked player in the world, Inbee Park shot her second consecutive 5-under 66 at the Meijer LPGA Classic presented by Kraft.

Park holds a one-shot lead over Suzann Pettersen after the second round of play at 10-under-par. Known as one of the best putters on Tour, Park has a new flat stick in the bag this week and it’s been working well for the former No. 1. She has carded just one bogey in her first 36 holes at Blythefield Country Club in Belmont, Mich. But it was Pettersen who tied the best round of the tournament on Friday by firing a 7-under 64 to move into solo second at 9-under-par

The third round of the Meijer LPGA Classic presented by Kraft will tee-off this morning at 9:48 a.m. 71 players made the cut of 144 (+2).
