General Motors' CEO Mary Barra will give a U.S. House committee a list of actions the company’s taken, along with a promise that she will personally work to change GM's culture.

The hearing is scheduled for 10 a.m. Wednesday, in front of the House Energy and Commerce Subcommittee on Investigations.

Barra said in written testimony that she "will not rest until these problems are resolved” and she is "not afraid of the truth.”

The testimony from Barra outlines a number of steps General Motors has taken, all of which have been publicly announced.

The GM CEO will explain changes in safety policy, highlight the dismissal of 15 employees and repeat that she expects a special compensation fund to start taking applications August 1.

Another Senate hearing is also expected, but hasn’t been scheduled.
