Muskegon authorities said they're planning for a busy weekend for this year's annual Bike Time and to expect special patrols.
Ten blocks in downtown Muskegon on Weston Ave are for motorcycles only this weekend for the annual festival.
The Muskegon Police Department says it's expecting a busy weekend.
"In addition to our normal district patrol and additional officers assigned to the event venue, there will also be a presence at the west end parks/beach as well as special patrols targeting curfew enforcement throughout the city," the police department said.
The event's organizers say "huge crowds" are expected to attend the event, which features live music, vendors and beer tents.
The police department said it was concerned about the mix of alcohol use and vehicles during the festival.
