Michigan's Liquor Control Commission hears the appeal from The B.O.B. restaurant complex in Grand Rapids today.
The LCC, earlier, had ordered The B.O.B. not to sell any liquor for three days because of the drunk man who died, falling four floors down a stairwell.
WOOD TV reports that The B.O.B. has indicated to the state government that each day without booze would cost it $20,000.
