Three farmers markets in Michigan are among the best in the nation, The Daily Meal online said Wednesday.
The Daily Meal published its list of the 101 best farmer's markets in the nation, with three markets in Michigan making the list.
The Boyne City Farmers Market in Boyne, Mich., came in at No.57, with recognition for its blueberry maple walnut granola and gourmet popcorn, among other treats.
Flint's market took the No.25 spot because of its wide variety of dairy, meat and breads. Two chefs are on hand on Saturdays.
The No. 24 spot went to Kalamazoo, known for everything from seasonal fruits to gourmet jerky.
The No. 1 spot went to Pike Place Farmers Market in Seattle.
