Two Michigan Supreme Court Judges may face the wrath of voters in November.

Justices David Vivianao and Brian Zahra are Republicans and are normally immune from political pressure.  But these two judges were on the side of big business in a recent ruling that could cost Michigan to pay more than a billion dollars to out of state corporations.  The two justices and the high court ruled against the State Treasury Department in a challenge over the way state tax law is written.
