A Comstock Park man could see ten years in prison if he's convicted for charges related to a dispute with a neighbor.

63rd District Court staff told WOOD Radio Anthony Winkler was bound over to 17th Circuit Court Wednesday on counts of Ethnic Intimidation and Interfering with a Crime Report with the Threat of Killing or Injuring. The 26 year old reportedly confronted a neighbor he suspected in an April 10th call to the law regarding marijuana smoke in their building. There were no drug charges for Winkler, but he reportedly used epithets when talking with Kent Sheriff's investigators.

He spent a day in jail late last month before paying a $10,000 bond. No date yet for Winkler's proceedings in Circuit Court.
