The City of Grand Rapids Parks and Recreation Department is offering free drop-in fitness classes this summer.
Classes begin May 12 and will run through August 22. The classes are held in 10 locations across the city and are open to all experience levels.
Parks and Recreation director David Marquardt says exercising outdoors is a great way to stay active and connect with the community.
Priority Health has sponsored the program since 2018.
