The former chairman of the Holland's Tulip Time Festival has been sentenced to 180 days in jail and three years of probation for recording videos up women's skirts in Kent County.
The sentence for Mark Edwin Dykema, 40, was handed down Wednesday.
He pleaded no contest in both counties to multiple charges, including surveilling an unclothed person and using a computer to commit a crime.
