Two More Women Have Come Forward to Sue Jeffrey Epstein's Estate

Jeffrey Epstein Appears In Manhattan Federal Court On Sex Trafficking Charges

Two more Jeffrey Epstein accusers have filed a lawsuit against the disgraced financier's estate, according to an amended complaint filed in the Southern District of New York on Friday. The two women allege that Epstein, who died while in federal custody in August, abused them both decades ago at his estates in New York City and South Carolina.

Identified in the lawsuits as Jane Doe 3 and Jane Doe 4, they join an existing complaint filed by attorney Lisa Bloom in August by Jane Doe 1 and Jane Doe 2. The lawsuit also lists nine other unnamed defendants, all of whom say they worked for or were agents of Epstein.

Jane Doe 3 and Jane Doe 4 are suing Epstein's estate for alleged sexual battery of a minor and alleged assault of a minor. All four women are also seeking damages for alleged intentional infliction of emotional distress. The lawsuit seeks $100 million in compensatory and punitive damages, or another amount that would be determined at trial, for suffering and psychological damages, legal fees and pre- and post-judgment interest.

In the lawsuit, Jane Doe 3 alleges that she met Epstein, 66, when she was around 15-years-old, who represented himself as a photographer connected to the modeling industry in New York City. Epstein allegedly invited Jane Doe 3 to a residential address where he took photos of her while she was in her underwear, then sexually assaulted her.

Jane Doe 3 claims in the lawsuit that she dropped out of high school in 10th grade due in part to "her encounter with Epstein."

Jane Doe 4 alleges in her lawsuit that she first met Epstein around 1984 in Hilton Head Island, South Carolina when she was only 13-years-old. Epstein had hired her as a babysitter after renting a vacation home from her mother. However, when Jane Doe 4 showed up to the rental home to babysit for Epstein, there were no children there and the wealthy financier allegedly offered her alcohol and drugs before ultimately raping her, the lawsuit says. Epstein continued to abuse Jane Doe 4 for several more years, supplying her with drugs, alcohol and violently raping her. The lawsuit also alleges that Epstein took naked photos of Jane Doe 4, refusing to provide them to her.

Furthermore, Jane Doe 4 alleges that Epstein flew her to New York City at least three times where she attended "intimate gatherings with other prominent, wealthy men" where she was "brutally and forcibly battered, assaulted and raped by these other men she met through Epstein."

Epstein died August 10 while awaiting trial at the Manhattan Correctional Center after being accused of running a sex trafficking ring of underage girls. The medical examiner has ruled the death a suicide.
