A man is sentenced to 10 months in jail after dragging his ex-girlfriend down a road.
Tyrese Mauricio Baker received credit for 158 days he already spent in jail.
Alexa Sandoval says she was getting a ride from Baker with a friend when she decided to get out of the car.
She started to get out of the car when it was stopped but Baker grabbed the strap of the backpack she was wearing and started driving.
Sandoval says she tried to run alongside the car but fell and was dragged.
She was taken to the hospital by a friend.
