A woman is pleading no contest after she allegedly reported a fake threat that shut down Godfrey-Lee Public Schools for a day last year.
Nikole Pipoly entered the plea on Tuesday and was sentenced to 40 hours of community service and $675 in fines.
Wyoming Police say Pipoly was working as a contract social worker at a Godfrey-Lee elementary school in May 2024 when she reported a man she met on a dating app threatened to attack the school.
Police determined there was no threat however the school closed for the day out of an abundance of caution.
