Grand Haven burying some power lines

Grand Haven is working to bury power lines to make service more reliable and the city more visually appealing.

The city's Board of Light and Power is burying electrical lines along Harbor Drive from Columbus Avenue to Howard Avenue.

The project began in March and will continue up to Memorial Day. Crews will then pause on the work for the summer and will resume work after Labor Day to finish the project by December.
