GRAND RAPIDS, Mich. -- The 2025 Bridge Walk for Autism gets underway at 5 p.m. Thursday at the Blue Bridge in downtown Grand Rapids.
Hope Network is hosting the event, and organizers expect more than 1,700 people to participate.
After the walk, there will be a free Sensory Friendly event at the Grand Rapids Public Museum. It's designed for children with autism and their families. Exhibits will be adjusted with softer lighting, reduced noise and hands-on activities.
Pre-registration was required.
