BOWNE TOWNSHIP (WOOD-AM) - An 18-year-old has drowned in Campbell Lake near Caledonia.
The Kent County Sheriff's Office is investigating what led to his drowning.
Deputies say he was swimming with friends Sunday afternoon when he went underwater just before 2 p.m.
A marine patrol unit eventually found the young man's body after about an hour of searching. He was later pronounced dead.
His name has not been released.
