GRAND RAPIDS, Mich. -- Anyone who recognizes a person of interest connected to the June 1 shooting outside the Shops at CenterPoint should contact Silent Observer or Grand Rapids Police.
They say the man who was shot is recovering from his injuries.
As part of an unauthorized car meet-up, several drivers gathered in the parking lot around 2:45 a.m. that day and began performing stunts such as donuts.
Earlier that night, a car meet-up on the Gerald R. Ford Freeway bridge over US-131 led to traffic backups in downtown Grand Rapids.
