MUSKEGON HEIGHTS (WOOD-AM) - A former Muskegon Heights police officer has agreed to never work in law enforcement again as part of a deal with prosecutors.

Richard Wilson was charged with misconduct in office after asking a woman to perform a sexual act while he was on duty last year.

He pleaded guilty to a misdemeanor and was ordered to pay fees and fines, but he will not serve jail time.
