ALLENDALE TOWNSHIP, Mich. -- Police are investigating after a person was stabbed near a dormitory at Grand Valley State University's Allendale campus.
The incident happened shortly after midnight Sunday when a fight broke out behind the Kistler Living Center.
Campus police say a victim reported minor injuries. A second person reported being stabbed however police said they did not present injuries consistent with a stabbing.
Neither victim required medical care beyond first aid.
