GRAND RAPIDS, Mich. -- John Ball Zoo is set to celebrate Halloween with the return of its popular event, Zoo Goes Boo, starting Friday.
The zoo will transform into a spooky wonderland with cobwebs and Halloween decorations, creating a festive atmosphere for visitors of all ages.
Guests can enjoy a range of activities, including performances by magicians, fire performers, and jugglers, along with music and villain meet-and-greets. Trick-or-treaters will find 13 twisted treat stations scattered throughout the zoo, offering a variety of Halloween sweets. To accommodate everyone, allergy-friendly options will be available at booths marked with teal pumpkins, where visitors can exchange tokens for special treats.
Visitors are encouraged to dress up in their best costumes, with options for festive face painting available for those without costumes. The event promises to be a wickedly fun family tradition, combining animal fun with enchanting entertainment.
